WHY a New Church?

  • God extends His Kingdom primarily through new churches (Matt 28:18-20). Early Christians were baptized into worshiping communities (Acts 2:41-47), overseen by "elders in every town" (Titus 1:5).
  • The Spirit grows local churches through Scripture + Sacraments by shepherds under authority (1 Pet 5:1-4).

     1. Because of the gospel.

We will help you cultivate gospel delight.

We were made to continually shout the good news of Jesus. God’s rescue of sinners through His blood is more than Christian ABCs - it’s the A to Z of our new life.  Planting invites lost and found to experience the rhythms of grace, where we learn to hear Christ singing over us.

     2. Because of your family.

We will nurture each and every heart in community.

The gospel of Christ unites all ages and stages.  Life & ministry alongside our family savors Christ and His gospel in worship, soaks in Christ & His gospel in community life, and sends us on mission to our neighbors in Christ's power.

    3. Because of your neighbors.

We will fight for you to pursue others.

Our neighbors' greatest need, like our own, is believing the gospel.  In start-up a church, lost people are 6-8x more likely to come to Christ.   At Christ Church, we learn to sing God’s love over our families and neighbors until they - and we - believe it.
